"Evershine Resort & Spa MAHABALESHWAR"
We recently had a trip to Mahabaleshwar and had a stay at
Evershine Resort & Spa.
A property for Evershine Resort & Spa, located very close to
the sight attractions of Mahabaleshwar. It was good to find
a Resort so good, very close to the prime spots of
Mahabaleshwar after a tiring and a long 6 hours Cab Journey
from Mumbai.
We had booked a suite for our stay. It was having a hall
area as soon you enter your room and 2 bedrooms with 1
standard & 1 luxurious washroom. The room was very well
maintained, clean, had refreshments at the dining table and
towels, bathrobe, hairdryer and shower essentials available
at the bathroom.
We had a great experience while staying at a spacious room at
this Resort.
Washroom was clean and huge too.
They had a jacuzzi available which gives it a real luxurious
touch.
the view from rooms was breathtaking and can sit for hours
talking with nature in a peaceless environment. They
welcomed us with a plate of designer chocolate which was
quoted with WELCOME TO EVERSHINE which was a really cute
gesture the chocolate art just too my heart.
Coming to the amenities they have a huge gym in a basement
the lobby has specious waiting & relaxing area..staff is
very gentle & polite and will always ready to help out with
you need related to give you a comfortable stay
don't miss out on their adventure spots like bow & arrow,
wall climbing, giant clean swimming pool & separate garden
area for children like bamboo bridges, zippy zip with many
photogenic points.
We had breakfast included in the package, which was a massive
spread buffet at the restaurant in the morning.
They prepared the eggs and dosas on request at the live
counter.
It was a fabulous stay and a lovely experience at this
Resort.
They Have Two Beautifull Dining Place one Mervoulous Cafe &
One Outdoor Sitting lit restaurant...
EVER SHINE CAFE (BREAKFAST)
Here they serve breakfast as well as lunch
its see how was our experience over breakfast
Evershine cafe is a very beautiful and a cosy place at
eversine resort , Mahabaleshwar.
I happened to visit here to try their breakfast buffet and I
was highly impressed.
Their breakfast included almost every possible breakfastoption. They had both North Indian as well as south Indian
Breakfast options.
I had their Masala Dosa (on a live counter) and Idli with
amazing sambhar and options of chutney. Truly impressive.
I also had their pulav served with aloo mutter was
completely felt like i am home.
I also had their range of desserts, mojitos and salads. It
had a very homely feeling attached to it.
I ended by a grand breakfast with a cup of coffee that was a
perfect end to my breakfast.
I would highly recommend evershine cafe breakfast buffet.
Best wishes to Team evershine..
EVER SHINE CAFE (LUNCH)
We went Again here to try their lunch menu, and we came out
being super full and extremely delighted!
The interiors are simple yet very crisp and professional and
are located on the ground floor you can enjoy your meal
basking under the pleasant sunlight.
The staff is very courteous and helpful, ready to tend to
your needs with a smile.
The menu had a very large option, but we were lucky to try
out some of the best starters prepared by their chef Lallan
& Team.
We tried vegetable curry me soup, roasted watermelon & caper
garlic croutons , pamnteri vegetable tostadas & litchi geta
fritters.
A complete array of starters was laid on the table and it
looked so mouth-wateringly tempting, I didn't know where to
start from.
I couldn't ask for more because the Main course and dessert
were just waiting around the corner.
To be honest, I was pretty full just with the starters
itself!all are highly recommended
We also sipped on a chilled strawberry mocktail, while
relishing on the starters.
As I said, I was almost pretty full but still, I tried a few
bites from their Mains.
Kasuri methi chicken, dal tadka, dal makhani I tried,
amongst a few more.
Each one seemed tasty than the previous bite I had, and it
was like an explosion of flavours in my mouth.
A simple Butter Roti complimented these mains wonderfully.
Be it traditional dal tadka or a burst of Indian spices and
flavours from the Kasuri methi chicken,
it will definitely make you lick your fingers!
Coming to the desserts we tried strawberry pastry very well
presented & classic which can never go wrong ras malai and
believe me they made it all inhouse.
overall a mind-blowing experience..
after spending a relaxing evening at our suite room we
headed over dinner in the chilling outdoor section of MAD
SMOKEHOUSE
The outdoor sitting which was having a modern on village
touch with an extremely eye-catchy colourful lantern hanging
over tress giving it perfect date place feel...
this place is specialized in making woodfire pizza where
they traditionally make pizza also chef Lallan shown us the
slow cooking area where they cook veg biryani,
chicken biryani & dal makhani which are cooked on a slow
flame for around 3-4 hours and trust me the taste is worth
it..
we tried there chicken tikka pizza, a think base crust
topped with a perfect balance of sauces and chunks of
chicken over it..very nice done enjoyed every bite of it
in seafood is opted for tandoori prawn masala
marinated king prawns grilled and served with veggies on
side truly yummy!
Now the best part CHICKEN BIRYANI
i never had such a perfect biryani in my whole life it was
that good the burst of every flavour was bang on...don't
ever miss on this!!!
